Returns Policy

Returns is a scheme provided by us directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/or refund is offered by us to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to the returns policy and the table here.

Most items purchased from us listed on maharajacoindia.com are replaceable/returnable within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.

Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

Kindly record a video while opening the package(s) received for us to understand if there is any genuine issue & proceed further.

No requests/queries/concerns/complaints will be taken into consideration without an appropriate video proof.

Please ensure that the condition of the product is completely shown in the video.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

We do our very best to provide quality products you will love. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to find a solution for you. We will replace, mend or return.

 

We do not pay for return shipment unless the goods are defective. For defective goods or wrong deliveries, we pay the return shipment within India. We will pay only the costs for the return shipment of defective goods from abroad incurred within India.

 

The additional or already paid customs duties and/or the additional VAT payment/taxes outside the India due to an import into a third country will not be refunded by us.
Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided.
Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and/or handling fees and customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

 

If there has been a mistake on our part, or if the product was damaged during shipping, we will be happy to send you a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label as well as a replacement product.

 

Please note: samples, shipping charges, and promotional items are NOT eligible for return. All sale items are final and non-refundable. Please note, custom orders are non-refundable as they are especially/specifically made for you.

 

Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied.
Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the product.

 

If you are interested in exchanging your items please contact us and we are happy to help you with the process.
You will be given a full refund in the amount you paid for your order minus shipping costs and/or handling fees which we unfortunately cannot refund.

Cancellation of item(s) in an order happens immediately if the order hasn't been shipped yet by us. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Orders from certain categories cannot be cancelled, please check the product page for more details.

If you want to return the goods and you want to make use of your 7-day right of return, then please proceed as follows:

  • Pack unused goods safely in their original packaging.

  • Deliver the package to a shipping company of your choice and pay accordingly. Please pay attention to an AWB number and the inscription "insured" for your burden of proof.

  • To ensure that your return is processed smoothly, please include (if applicable) a completed revocation form, an original invoice or a small note in the package. If possible, please write us briefly and informally the reason for your return.

  • Please address the package to the address mentioned in the return related email sent to you. (Kindly make sure that the item reaches the specified address within 15 days of the email being sent to you.)

  • After receiving the goods, we will immediately refund you the money within the refund timelines.

Products are only returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on maharajacoindia.com.

If you report an issue with your Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Television, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave, we may schedule a technician visit to your location. This visit is scheduled by placing an order with Maharaja Co. through Maharaja Co. Support. Subject to Maharaja Co. Support Terms and Conditions, a resolution will be provided based on the technician's evaluation report.

Return will be processed only if:

  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you;

  • The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Maharaja Co. shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

 

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

 

Additional information may be required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.

 

Products may be eligible for replacement only if we have the exact same item in stock.

 

If the replacement request is placed and we do not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.

Note: If you have received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product.

GENERAL RULES FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURN

In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, the category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.

For products where installation is provided by Maharaja Co.'s service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Maharaja Co. authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.

For Furniture, any product related issues will be checked by an authorised service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.

Wrong Delivery - (Customer received delivery message, product not delivered):

'In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for us to investigate.'

RETURNS PICK-UP AND PROCESSING

 

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address

 

During review, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

  • Correct Product

    • IMEI/name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

  • Complete Product

    • All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

  • Unused Product

    • The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/Laptop/Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled.

  • Undamaged Product

    • The product (including SIM trays/charging port/headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

  • Undamaged Packaging

    • Product's original packaging/box should be undamaged.

We may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by us.

For all Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) orders you are required to pay a nominal charge of Rs 199 advance payment online (i.e. Upfront and Non-Refundable).

Some products are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons.

For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail. Kindly always check a product's Returns Policy on the product page.
